This is a collection of personal and professional paintings I’ve done
These are a mix of personal pieces as well as backgrounds done for work.
This is a mixed bag! There’s various character sketches and studies and characters designed for professional projects and art tests.
I joined the Baby Shark crew very early on in the development process and have had an absolute blast developing and refining the overall art direction of the show. I immediately had a direction in mind - I wanted a rich, multi-colored world made of various found materials, like shells, sand, corals, and driftwood. The overall designs and palettes are highly influenced by toy design, coral reefs, and the original Pink Fong Baby Shark shorts.
Much of the work shown here has been a highly collaborative effort across the entire crew. As much as possible, I’ve included work that I have been solely responsible for and noted where my colleagues assisted. Any samples of final animation is the result of the efforts of the entire Baby Shark crew, from writing to post.

I took over as Art Director on Apple & Onion after the first 10 episodes had already been completed. The design team had to be built from scratch and we had a really strong foundation to work with, created by the Show Creator, George Gendi, and previous Art Director, Miguel Gonzales. By working closely with George and our new design team, we were able to stay true to Miguel’s original aesthetic and build from there. What’s resulted is an even more polished, vibrant version of the show.
I am very proud of where Apple & Onion’s design currently is and I couldn’t have done it without my dedicated team below:

I worked on both season one and two of Unikitty! Working in this show’s style was an absolute delight - it’s so whimsical and fun. These are some of my favorite pieces I created for the show.
I had the pleasure of working on Be Cool, Scooby Doo! as both a Background Designer and an Art Director. This is a sample of the work I did in both roles over two seasons.
I had the pleasure of working along side a small team at Dreamworks TV animation to develop a pitch deck for a Casper the Friendly Ghost reboot and it has been a highlight of my career thus far! Beyond a handful of character concepts and some verbal direction, I was free to explore what a new Casper show might look like. I explored Casper and friends’ club house, poster designs, logo designs, beat boards, and more. I’ve included roughs and final color on some of these designs here.
I had the pleasure of being the Assistant Art Director to Ernie Gilbert on the first season of Puppy Dog Pals. I had lots of responsibilities, from assigning work to the crew to giving the overseas team direction. Fortunately, I also was able to do a variety of design tasks as well, including color styling, background design, prop design, and background paint!
